Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. The service

DBMind AI provides a Laravel package and a hosted gateway that answer questions from data you approve. The package runs on your infrastructure; the gateway validates API keys, enforces quotas and generates answers from the context your server sends.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the safekeeping of your credentials and API keys. Keys can be disabled or revoked at any time from the dashboard; anything done with a valid key counts as done by you until you revoke it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process data you have no right to process, to probe or overload the gateway, or to attempt to extract answers outside your approved context. We may disable accounts or tokens that abuse the service, after notice where practical.

4. Your data

You own your data and your indexes. We claim no rights over the questions, context or answers beyond what is needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Qi Card. Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the service materially failed.

6. Service levels

The free tier is provided as-is. We aim for high availability on paid plans but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced in advance.

7. Liability

Answers are generated from your data by a language model and may still be imperfect. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of those answers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where the breach is curable we will tell you first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will give notice by email and on this page at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
